Police: Man shot to death in Phoenix after confrontation involving cellphone  AZCentral

A man was shot to death Monday evening in north Phoenix during a confrontation that stemmed from a demand to use a cellphone, police said. The shooting occurred just before 6 p.m. on Cave Creek Road north of Bell Road, Phoenix police said. Officers found the shooting victim, 32-year-old Francisco Jaquez, with multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
