The pleasant spring weather we’ve enjoyed in the Phoenix area and throughout Arizona could push back the start of the 2019 Arizona monsoon. Monsoon season, as declared by the National Weather Service since 2008, begins June 15 and runs through Sept. 30. Monsoon conditions and storms don’t follow a set schedule, however.
