We visited the PHX Desert Botanical gardens on April 14, 2019. It was a beautiful calm night at a perfect temperature and no insects. The place was a glow with lights and music. It was a most wonderful experience. I took quite a few photos with my IPhone because they would not allow tripods and the crowd would also have been a problem. Nevertheless I was satisfied with some of the snapshots I took so I thought I would share them on Flickr. It would be great to visit the garden with my Nikon equipment and a tripod if they ever allowed it. There was a glorious sunset that night. I have been trying to get good sunset shots from the top floor of the local Top Golf entertainment center in Gilbert.
Some of the cactus and other succulent plants were a tremendous size and weight. The garden dates back to 1939, just 1 year before I was born. I hope you will enjoy viewing my images from our visit.
